For day trippers. Track opens 8am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays. 9am to 5pm on other days that we are open.

Mid Week Package.

For use during open weeks in School Holidays. Please check availability chart for open weeks.

Accommodation from 4.00pm on Monday to 10.00am Friday. Price includes 4 nights accommodation 3 days riding and lock up. Extra days riding on Monday and Friday are half the standard day rate

Bookings are Essential and read our safety and legal page before coming to Louee.

All Accommodation and camping bookings require a deposit on booking.
Day riders are required to book however no deposit is necessary.
Please have your credit card handy. Visa / Bankcard / Mastercard.
We will not hold accommodation or camping without a deposit.

Deposits are

$25 per person deposit and $300 Bond per group for Camping.

$25 per person Shearers Quarters

$150 total. School House.

$350 total. Cottage

$400 total. Dungeree

Deposits are not refundable if we are unable to refill your booking.

How to pay..

Direct Deposit to CBA Account.

Please ensure you add the correct REFERENCE to your payment when using EFT. Your REFERENCE is the only way we can track your money. The reference to use is the last name plus the first letter of the first name of the person who made the booking. For example if John Smith made the booking use SMITHJ as the reference. Then email us with the details. Any problems, email us and we can give you a REFERENCE to use. DO NOT SEND MONEY BY EFT WITHOUT USING YOUR CORRECT REFERENCE.
