Accommodation Availability and Track Open Days

For bookings please contact us by phone or email. For accommodation bookings please have your credit card handy. Deposits are payable on booking. We are unable to hold accommodation without a deposit.

If you cannot find a vacancy for the dates you wish to come you are most welcome to find alternative accommodation off farm in Lue, Mudgee or Rylstone and then enter as a day rider. Louee is never booked out for day riders. IMPORTANT NOTICE. A request has been made that guests to Louee not camp on road sides or on vacant land in the area. Please respect this request.

Please remember that we do prefer bookings for day riders. It improves our ability to provide you with the services only Louee provides. No deposit is required for day rider bookings. Simply drop us an email detailing the number of riders in your group, the days you wish to ride and read the safety and legal page about planning your trip.
